HOW CONSUMER LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 4BLANC DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, 4BLANC LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT 4BLANC'S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
4BLANC warrants the 4BLANC-branded hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging (“4BLANC Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with 4BLANC's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). 4BLANC’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.
Please note: All claims made under the 4BLANC One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This Warranty does not apply to any non-4BLANC branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with 4BLANC hardware. 4BLANC does not warrant that the operation of the 4BLANC Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. 4BLANC is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the 4BLANC Product’s use.
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use a third party component or product that are not approved or certified by 4BLANC; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the 4BLANC Product outside 4BLANC’s published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of 4BLANC or an 4BLANC Authorized Service Provider (“ASP”); (g) to a 4BLANC Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of 4BLANC; (h) to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the 4BLANC Product; (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the 4BLANC Product; or (j) if you cannot prove to 4BLANC in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g., by presenting proof of purchase).
Before receiving warranty service, 4BLANC or its agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow 4BLANC’s procedures for obtaining warranty service.
Following warranty service your 4BLANC Product or a replacement device will be returned to you as your 4BLANC Product was configured when originally purchased, subject to applicable upgrades with renewed parts or elements.
THE EVENT OF THE WARRANTY IS BREACHED
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to 4BLANC or an ASP in accordance with this warranty, 4BLANC will, at its option:
(i) repair the 4BLANC Product using new or previously used 4BLANC genuine parts that have been tested and passed 4BLANC functional requirements,
(ii) replace the 4BLANC Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color) that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used 4BLANC genuine parts and has been tested and passed 4BLANC functional requirements, or
(iii) exchange the 4BLANC Product for a refund of your purchase price.
4BLANC may request that you replace certain user-installable parts or 4BLANC Products. A replacement part or 4BLANC Product, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by 4BLANC, assumes the remaining term of the Warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a 4BLANC Product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes 4BLANC's property.
OBTAINING THE WARRANTY SERVICE
Please access and review the online help resources on this website before seeking warranty service. If the 4BLANC Product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact 4BLANC Customer Support, or representative or, or ASP, using the information provided below. A 4BLANC representative or ASP will help determine whether your 4BLANC Product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how 4BLANC will provide it.

WARRANTY SERVICE OPTIONS
4BLANC will provide warranty service through one or more of the following options:
(i) Carry-in service. You may return your 4BLANC Product to an 4BLANC ASP location at your territory offering carry-in service. Service will be performed at the location. Once you are notified that service is complete, you will retrieve the 4BLANC Product from the 4BLANC or ASP location without delay, unless 4BLANC notifies you that the 4BLANC Product will be sent directly to your location from the ARS location.
(ii) Mail-in service. If 4BLANC determines that your 4BLANC Product is eligible for mail-in service, 4BLANC will send you prepaid waybills and if applicable, packaging material and instructions on how to properly pack and address your 4BLANC product, so that you may ship your 4BLANC Product to an ARS or ASP location. Once service is complete, the ARS or ASP location will return the 4BLANC Product to you. 4BLANC will pay for shipping to and from your location if all instructions regarding the method of packaging and shipping the 4BLANC Product are followed.
(iii) Do-it-yourself (DIY) parts service. DIY parts service allows you to service your own 4BLANC Product. If DIY parts service is available in the circumstances, the following process will apply.
(a) Service where 4BLANC requires return of the replaced 4BLANC Product or part. 4BLANC may require a credit card authorization as security for the retail price of the replacement 4BLANC Product or part and applicable shipping costs. If you are unable to provide credit card authorization, DIY parts service may not be available to you and 4BLANC will offer alternative arrangements for service. 4BLANC will ship a replacement 4BLANC Product or part to you with installation instructions, if applicable, and any requirements for the return of the replaced 4BLANC Product or part. If you follow the instructions, 4BLANC will cancel the credit card authorization, so you will not be charged for the 4BLANC Product or part and shipping to and from your location. If you fail to return the replaced 4BLANC Product or part as instructed or return a replaced product or part that is ineligible for service, 4BLANC will charge your credit card for the authorized amount.
(b) Service where 4BLANC does not require return of the replaced 4BLANC Product or part. 4BLANC will ship you free of charge a replacement 4BLANC Product or part accompanied by instructions on installation, if applicable, and any requirements for the disposal of the replaced 4BLANC Product or part.
(c) 4BLANC is not responsible for any labor costs you incur relating to DIY parts service. Should you require further assistance, contact 4BLANC at the telephone number listed below.
4BLANC reserves the right to change the method by which 4BLANC may provide warranty service to you, and your 4BLANC Product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to country. 4BLANC may use 4BLANC Products or replacement parts for service that are sourced from a country that is different from the country from which the 4BLANC Product or original parts were sourced. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the 4BLANC Product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. If you seek service in a country that is not the country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. For international service, 4BLANC may repair or replace 4BLANC Products and parts with comparable 4BLANC Products and parts that comply with local standards.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4BLANC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. 4BLANC DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY 4BLANC PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
SOME COUNTRIES, PROVINCES, AND STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
No 4BLANC reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the 4BLANC Product purchase took place. 4BLANC is identified at the end of this document according to the country or region in which the 4BLANC Product purchase took place. 4BLANC or its successor in title is the warrantor under this Warranty.
Terms and Conditions
1.1. Limited Warranty for products only.
a. This Limited Warranty covers any defects of the purchased products only in material or workmanship thereof under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This Warranty covers the goods been purchased from 4BLANC.ORG webstore only. Although we may consider to extend the Warranty for the goods been sold by only authorized dealers, resellers or distributors. In such a case customer may need to provide a proof the good was bought legally, and that the seller refuse to maintain the warranty service to the customer.
b. We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts, or exchange the product with a new product, or the price of the product or the part can be refunded in full or partial. The right of choice of either way belongs to us and such a decision is final. Customer may need to deliver the product on his own costs or parts to our address at Hong Kong (S.A.R.) that to be provided in a response to the claim. The address will be the one to access the repair service, to collect the product after repair or if has been exchanged. In case there is an authorized maintenance service in the country of customer residence the warranty service will be provided by such service supplier.
c. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us directly via webstore at 4blanc.org is 360 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good excluding the time been spent for repairing.
d. The said Warranty Period is not applicable for accessories, parts and materials like packaging of any kind, LED lightning elements, bulbs, and others. In case of a defective had been discovered while using such an item and the case is been reported to 4BLANC™ within 30 days after purchase date, 4BLANC™ may consider support action for each case individually within the Warranty conditions and the Warranty Disclaimer.
e. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship including but not limited to:
i. damage resulting from improper maintenance or misuse
ii. unauthorized modification of the product or it’s part
iii. damage resulting from natural disaster
iv. theft of a product
v. loss of a product
f. In any case customer may count on reasonable support from 4BLANC™ to find the best solution even in case the Warranty does not cover the damage or the Warranty Period is over. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us by mail support @ 4blanc.org to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
This warranty does not apply to faults arising as a result of improper use of the product, and the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1. Any damage or malfunction arising from installation or use of the product in violation of the instructions supplied in the manual.
2. Any damage or malfunction that occurs as the product is being loaded, unloaded, or handled subsequent to its delivery to the customer.
3. Any damage or breakage caused by insufficient or excessive voltage, incorrect electrical installation, or the use of a voltage different from that specified on the product.
4. Damage and malfunctions caused by fire and/or lightning, accidents, etc.
5. Malfunctions that occur while the device is being used in violation of the instructions included in the manual.
6. Problems arising from the fitting of any part except those supplied by the manufacturer.

a. We have no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you.You acknowledge that We have no duty to take any action regarding:
i. which users gain access to the Services;
ii. what Content you access via the Services; or
iii. how you may interpret or use the Content.
b. You release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Services. We make no representations concerning any Content contained in or accessed through the Services, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, or legality of material or Content contained in or accessed through the Services.
c. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. WE, AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND CONTENT PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (I) THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (II) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (III) ANY CONTENT OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE AT OR THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (IV) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
