Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the product because it does not collect dust but blows it around the room. I am not sure if this means that the product is defective or if you have any instructions on how to make it work properly. Thanks in advance for your answer. Jelena Novak

Thank you for sharing this, and we’re sorry for the situation. When a unit seems to “blow” rather than collect dust, it’s usually due to setup: the HEPA filter may not be seated correctly, or the mesh isn’t fully in place.
